About Cabaret

Wilkommen! Enter the Cabaret in the West End, where the Playhouse Theatre is transformed into the Kit Kat Club for the hit Kander and Ebb musical. Book Cabaret tickets on Box Office.

For decades, audiences worldwide have escaped to the hedonistic world of Cabaret on stage and screen. The 1972 film adaptation is one of the most celebrated movie musicals of all time, and past productions in London and New York have racked up Olivier and Tony Awards. In 2022, the current Cabaret revival swept up seven Oliviers, including Best New Musical — so come see why for yourself.

Inside the beautiful world of the Kit Kat Club, a romance blossoms between writer Cliff Bradshaw and performer Sally Bowles, but the rise of Nazism threatens to tear them — and the lives of everyone who finds paradise in the club — apart. This story features some of Kander and Ebb’s most famous tunes, including “Mein Herr,” “Cabaret,” and “Maybe This Time.”

The newly revamped venue seats theatregoers on three sides of the stage, so the action unfolds all around and up close to the audience. And not only are they basically in the cabaret, but they get to see a star-studded cast — celebrities like Eddie Redmayne, Jessie Buckley, and Aimee Lou Wood have all performed in this Cabaret revival.
